How do I request a fragrance?
If you did not find a particular fragrance, please just send us an email via our
Contact Us page. We have hundreds of fragrances and new ones everyday!
How long does it take to ship my order?
Your order will be shipped within 48 hours. We do not ship or process orders
on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
What is the shipping cost?
The shipping is a flat $4.95. We ship by USPS priority mail.
What is your return policy?
We will gladly accept the return of product(s). Please contact us within
14 days from the receipt of product to receive a Return Authorization Number.
We must receive the product back within 30 days from the date of the purchase.
We strongly recommend that you use a service that offers tracking capabilities.
